This application does not include advertising trackers, audience analytics, a mailing-list sign-up or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The technical explorer runs in your browser and does not submit your settings to Senica.
Account details are supplied by you or by a Senica administrator arranging your account. Blog media may originate from Senica’s own Instagram content. Testimonial excerpts come from the public sources linked beside them.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential sign-in cookies protect authenticated sessions and forms. A language preference is stored only when you choose a language. These features are separate from optional YouTube media.

YouTube thumbnails and players are blocked until you allow YouTube media. Allowing it shares connection information such as your IP address and browser details with Google/YouTube. YouTube may use cookies or local storage and process data internationally under its own privacy policy.
You can reject optional media, keep using the site and change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future loading and removes loaded players on this page. It cannot reverse information already sent to a provider or delete that provider’s cookies.
External links to YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and other websites open only when you follow them. Their privacy notices apply once you leave this site.

Business records, logs and backups
Ask us for retention periods for enquiries, vehicle records, server and security logs, invoices and backups. These are managed separately from the website account database.
We may need to retain specific information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We will explain any applicable reason when responding to an erasure request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sign in to download your website account data or submit and follow a privacy request. An account is not required to exercise your rights: you can also email us. The account download covers website records; ask us about emails, vehicle records, external messages, logs and other records.
We normally respond within one calendar month. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why within that month. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity when necessary. Please do not send passports, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information with an initial request.
You can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or the competent supervisory authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
